SBA-4 PVCu Profile Machining Centre

The SBA-4 has evolved through many years of working experience and is the perfect combination of cutting and machining PVCu profiles for the UK window industry. The heavy-duty design gives years of trouble free bar processing. Assembled using top quality parts, along with the Beckhoff control system, this machining centre is easily programmed and adjusted to suit the customers range of windows.

• Performs all sawing, routing, drilling, marking operations and able to do special cutting operations – V-notch, Y-notch and arrowhead cutting on PVCu profiles
• Able to work at high speed and precision thanks to 10 axis controlled by servo motors
• Stacking of 10 profiles (Max 6500mm length)
• Programmable gripper unit with zero-point positioning
• 12 tool dedicated routing station with option for special tooling if required
• Cutting Station with 3 x 550mm saw-blades for greater accuracy and speed
• Automatic profile support system to avoid rolling of profiles
• Automatic conveyor belt system to transport scrap profiles to the waste container
• High performance 15” touchscreen industrial PC with Windows 10 operating system, which works between 0^oC and 55^oC
• Extraction system for saw unit
• All error messages can be monitored from the screen
• Data transfer is available via network connection of USB interface
• Central lubrication system to ease the machine maintenance
