Automatic tilt movement of the saw heads to 45^o and 90^o angle. Angles between 45^o and 90^o can be adjusted manually and locked easily
Pivot angles can be adjusted via the digital display
The movable head positions itself automatically by means of the PLC control system with touch panel
Chop and oversize length cuts – minimum 4mm and maximum 7500mm
Profile lifting bars
Two vertical pneumatic clamps per saw head to ensure optimum profile clamping
Data transfer by means of network connection or USB
Item number, length dimensions, angles and quantities can be programmed on the control panel (2,000 x 10 – able to cut in different program)
